Plan - Investigate - Search

To begin, we obtain detailed knowledge of your organization and culture. We make sure we understand your organizational priorities and business climate as well as the competitive environment. We work closely with you to develop a profile of your ideal new hire. This profile includes detailed position requirements and an understanding of the personal characteristics and attributes necessary for success in your corporate environment.

Candidate Identification

Once we've agreed on the parameters for the search, we begin the process by identifying appropriate industries, companies and functions where we expect to locate individuals with the required skills and experience. Our sourcing methods include networking with C-level executives and venture capital leaders in the space, database consultation, and direct recruiting. We DO NOT post the position on job boards; this results only in cluttering the process with resumes from serial job-seekers applying over their appropriate level. Once a set of qualified candidates is identified, each is thoroughly evaluated and assessed for overall fitness for the position.

Candidate Interviews & Reviews

Next, we discuss with you the candidates identified and their suitability. We agree on which candidates offer the best experience, personal characteristics, and overall fit. Once we identify the top candidate(s), we provide you with a career history. Each finalist we present will be, in our opinion, fully capable of carrying out the position's responsibilities exceptionally well.

We are available to assist in your negotiation-offer process. Our third-party status allows us to facilitate the negotiations in this sometimes sensitive area. We maintain regular contact with you and the successful candidate to ensure the process goes smoothly and that you are completely satisfied.

Standing Behind Our Candidates

Should the individual hired leave your organization within a timeframe outlined by the Search Agreement we will co-execute, your company has the option of either a replacement search or credit with Zantastic Recruiting.
