The collective team of Zantastic Recruiting has more than 75 years of combined experience helping the most sought after professionals find a working environment that is a long-term win-win for both employer and employee.  When we came together, Fantastic was the number one word our clients used to describe how they feel about our results.  So, where did the [ Z ] come from?

Zoomania means an insane fondness for animals.  When the team behind Zantastic Recruiting decided to come together as one company, we wanted to do something more than make profits.  We wanted to give something back…specifically to the animals we share our World with at a time when donations are shrinking as the economy tightens.  We combined our passion [ Zoomania ] with our [ Fantastic ] results to form Zantastic Recruiting LLC.

Zantastic is a woman-owned business.  Lynne King has more than 35 years of Technology experience working for best-of-breed organizations like JP Morgan Chase for 22 years.  Although her skills are varied, she has three decades of IBM mainframe experience.

One of Zantastic’s principals has more than 21 million connects in Linkedin and is a long-standing Masters of Networking member.  These contacts are across every country and job function imaginable.  Whether a client wants an SAP Solutions Architect or an IBM Cognos TM1 financial expert, the Zantastic team can locate several – quickly – from Ireland to Australia and throughout the United States.
